Loway Switzerland Announces the Release of QueueMetrics 16.09

The Loway team is pleased to announce the release of QueueMetrics 16.09.

QueueMetrics 16.09 is a significant release in several aspects. Most importantly it implements a new set of statistics to address tracking calls resolutions problems, programmable and customizable agent data blocks, improved agent's page and WebRTC soft phone. Loway developers also added an official Docker image and a new lighter, optimized loader called "Uniloader".
