Loway Switzerland announces the release of QueueMetrics call center suite version 22.02

Loway SA, leading provider of solutions for call-center, is glad to announce the new version of QueueMetrics.

QueueMetrics collects data from the PBX and tracks agents' activities, payrolls, targets, conversion rates, ACD, IVR and Music on hold. It also generates outbound and inbound campaign statistics with real-time monitoring, customizable wallboards, and custom reports with more than 200 different metrics.
QueueMetrics improves agents' daily workflow by offering a dedicated agent interface with messages, alarms, integration with modern CRMs. It even includes a WebRTC softphone and a complete quality tracking tool.

Release 22.02 brings with it a large number of improvements to the Reports page, making it snappier and more user-friendly. Even the System Logs have been imroved to be more powerful and flexible, making it clearer to see which user did what and why.

The new QueueMetrics version also includes support for Single sign-on with Google and Microsoft accounts, an improved WebRTC soft-phone, and a new theme named Mono.

The reports' improved performance, both on the engine and the browser's side, makes the user experience more responsive and offers a solution that will work even for very large systems with 10,000+ agents across 1000+ queues.

In version 22.02 you will find a new Timeline view. This panel will let you know everything about a call's history and access any related media. The Call Timeline will display all the call events in chronological order, as logged by the PBX, with an immediate representation of the call’s flow.

Our developers are also introducing the concept of Call Groupings. Every DataBlock that shows information regarding one or more groups of calls will display an extra column with a Grouping Icon, by clicking on it a user navigates to a series of tables exploding the dataBlock metric in deep detail.

As in previous releases, this one fixes a large number of bugs (130+).

QueueMetrics 22.02 supports the Asterisk PBX and all major distributions and appliances like FreePBX, PBXact, Issabel, Grandstream UCM, Yeastar S PBX, Freeswitch, FusionPbx, MiRTA, Enswitch, PBXware, Vicidial, Xorcom, Wazo, Elastix, and more.
It is available as a cloud-hosted service or on-premise software package with localization for 23 distinct languages.

Loway announces the release of the Asterisk in the Contact Centre Satisfaction Report 2018 edition.

Stabio, Switzerland – Loway, worldwide leading provider of solutions for call-centers, today announced the release of the Asterisk in the Contact Centre Satisfaction Report 2018 version

In 2014 Loway released the first Asterisk call center satisfaction survey. They ran the survey as a tool to analyze satisfaction on their QueueMetrics monitoring solution users.

But results went on the direction of an overview of the Asterisk call-center industry in 2014 - 2015 that didn't exist in the market.

In 2018 Loway launched a similar survey and planned to offer it not just to QueueMetrics users but to the Asterisk contact center community worldwide.
Which PBX model is the most used worldwide? Are customers and users satisfied? How big are Asterisk call centers in 2018?
These are questions that this professional survey, unique in the Asterisk market, tries to answer for the first time.

Call center managers and professionals can check the "Asterisk in the Contact Centre Satisfaction Report 2018", for free, visiting the survey page at www.queuemetrics.com/asterisk-contactcentre-survey.jsp

Loway announces the release of WombatDialer predictive dialer version 18.08

Stabio, Switzerland – Loway, worldwide leading provider of solutions for call-centers, today announced the release of WombatDialer predictive dialer for Asterisk PBX version 18.08.

Release 18.08 offers significant improvements to the WombatDialer suite package. They are centered around visibility, future-proofing and integration.

The Loway development team did a lot of work on improving visibility into the dialer, support for different kinds of servers, dialing and rate limiting, QueueMetric integration, database maintenance and infrastructure.

With 18.08 Loway wanted to make it easier to understand what WombatDialer is doing. Why is the dialer calling so slowly? why is it making just so many calls? Should you use a larger batch size when reading calls?

With the new version is possible to get insight into the decisions WombatDialer is taking when running a campaign - so you can see if the dialing is limited by not having more channels, or by a slow database access, or because you forgot to define and end-point for that campaign, so it will not dial at all.

Loway also added a way to run connection tests to servers, trunks and end-points together with improved sparkline graphs that display in real-time how many calls are being dialed, so it is easier to see how multiple runs interact with each other and whether you are dialing at full speed or not.

On top of this, more than 70 bugs and minor issues were fixed.

For detailed information please visit the WombatDialer official website and read the what's new at www.wombatdialer.com/blog

WombatDialer 18.08 is immediately available, as a RPM archive, a tar.gz archive or a preconfigured Docker image. The updated User Manual can also be found on the Downloads page.

If you currently have a licensed WombatDialer system, you can upgrade now at no extra cost.

Loway announces release of QueueMetrics call center suite version 18.04

Stabio, Switzerland – Loway, major provider of solutions for contact-centers, is glad to announce the new version of its worldwide renowned monitoring and reporting suite QueueMetrics.

QueueMetrics collects data from Asterisk PBX and generates analytical reports for over 180 metrics, covering all the key categories for an effective call center management process: realtime and historical reporting, supervisor page, agent page and quality assessment.

Release 18.04 introduces new features and it is focused on security, data protection and call recordings improvement.
There have been five new reports and over 80 bugs fixed and minor features changed since version 17.06.

New features include Scheduled Jobs, Configuration Synchronizer, Password Encryption, Wallboard Queue Filtering and Agent Page Call Variables.

Now QueueMetrics comes with a new feature, Scheduled Jobs, that allows the user to specify a certain task to be executed at an appointed time, or repeatedly at a fixed interval.
You can schedule different types of jobs, such as sending reports by email on a regular basis, or database optimization tasks.

QueueMetrics 18.04 supports User Password Encryption. By setting up the appropriate system property, you can make sure that all the new user passwords are encrypted and you can choose to block users with insecure passwords from logging into your system.

With the new Wallboards you can change a widget’s settings in such a way that only data from a particular queue is shown.
This makes for a highly versatile wallboard, that can show results for an aggregation of queues, while still having widgets dedicated to individual queues.

The Configuration Synchronizer service, that allows for automatic configuration of agents and queues, has been upgraded in 18.04.
It can fetch a configuration from a remote URL as a JSON object, or read it directly from data present in the database.

Using the QueueMetrics' agent page Call List Panel, you can see a new column displaying all the variables that are attached to a call.
This is useful in order to assess multi system integration, and can give your agents more information about the call and the caller.

QueueMetrics 18.04 version is now integrated with CallCabinet for QueueMetrics in order to provide unlimited secure cloud call recordings.
A new pluggable listener module is included in version 18.04. This module allows you to listen to recordings that are being stored remotely, using Atmos CallCabinet for QueueMetrics software.

Five new reports have been added and are now selectable when creating new reports: Frequent Area Codes, Detail Summary (Daily, By Week, By Month), Executive Summary, Retry Rate and Lost Caller Behaviour and Most Frequent calling/called Number.

For more information about QueueMetrics 18.04 visit the release notes page at https://manuals.loway.ch/QM_WhatsNew-chunked/ch15.html.
QueueMetrics 18.04 supports Asterisk 13, 14 and 15, as well as any previous Asterisk version and all major Asterisk distributions and is available as QueueMetrics-Live Cloud service or On-Premise software package.
